For this reason, we ask that you consider this when designing your suit and gloves. Your Gear Customization Specialist will assist you in this area. For Custom Built Orders the design process can be completed in as quickly as 24 hours, however it isn’t unusual for us to spend time with the customer tweaking and modifying designs. This means the design time varies greatly from customer to customer. Our average design time is about two weeks but again - this is dependent on how intricate the design is and how quickly you make the decision to finalize the design. Once said design is approved and we have measurements, completed suit and/or gloves are typically in your hands in under 60 days!
Orders with only Ready to wear Items will generally be shipped within two business days. See specific product descriptions for expectations on custom items.For more details, click here

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds will be processed once your return is received and inspected.
Custom-built and personalized products are not eligible for returns once production begins. You may cancel before production starts for a 95% refund. After production starts or the order ships, all sales are final.
