Bison Warranty Policy

All Bison suits and gloves will be protected by a two year warranty on materials and workmanship prior to any crashes. This includes integrity of the stitching, external shell material, inner liner and zippers (unless damaged due to outside influence such as allowing the suit to hang on the bottom teeth). Any failure of these items within 24 months of delivery date will be covered by Bison. If failure is determined to be a result of “normal use”, Bison will cover the cost of repair. If the failure is determined to be due to workmanship, Bison will cover the cost of repair. In both cases the customer will be responsible for shipping to a Bison Authorized Alterations Partner (AAP).

All Bison accessories will be protected by a six month warranty on materials and workmanship prior to any crashes. This includes integrity of the stitching, velcro, zippers, etc. Any failure of these items within 6 months of delivery date will be covered by Bison. If failure is determined to be a result of “normal use”, this will not fall under warranty. Bison will help you get in contact with one of our Authorized Alterations Partners if you would still like to move forward with a repair at your cost. If the failure is determined to be due to workmanship, Bison will cover the cost of repair. In both cases the customer will be responsible for shipping.

Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original owner.
