Because of this, when you order your Helite product, we cannot guarantee that the vests or canisters will be in stock at our HQ. For this reason, we ask that you consider this when designing your suit and gloves. Your Gear Customization Specialist will assist you in this area. For Custom Built Orders the design process can be completed in as quickly as 24 hours, however it isn’t unusual for us to spend time with the customer tweaking and modifying designs. This means the design time varies greatly from customer to customer. Our average design time is about two weeks but again - this is dependent on how intricate the design is and how quickly you make the decision to finalize the design. Once said design is approved and we have measurements, completed suit and/or gloves are typically in your hands in under 60 days!

This is my first time getting a suit fitted to me and i have to say from start to finish i was very pleased with the process. I met Carter at the track and got my measurements done and then the design took off wirh Rainey pogue. I had gloves made and boots as well. Once i got the suit There were a few places i needed to messure again, cause the fit was a little off. Sent the suit back in and it was a simple process. I just got it back and i am in the breaking in faze. Gonna be perfect fit. The quality is so nice and the extra protection in hips and shoulders is nice. I have the helite air vest installed in mine as well. Will leave another review once i hit the track. Thanks Bison for a great product and great costumer service.
The whole suit exceeds expectations. It looks great and fits perfectly. I didn't realize having a custom fit suit would make it so much easier to get in and out. My tech air race zips and velcros in perfectly too. Can't wait to get it out on track! Big thanks to Sierra, Carter, and Rainey for all the help, and everyone at Bison for the great gear.
I'm very pleased overall with this suit. I went custom due to my broad shoulders heavier build from weight training. Suit fits great, though a bit loose in the midsection. I've owned top-of-line Dainese suits in the past and this is superior in every way, especially in the option to reset the airbag at home for <$100!
This was my first custom suit, and the experience was excellent. I ordered the Thor.2 suit and Thor.4 gloves to use with the Astars 7x airbag. The measurement and design process with Rainey went smoothly, and I love the result. Although there was an issue with the initial fit due to my measurement issue, Bison wanted to make sure it was right and quickly resolved it—Grover helped fix it promptly and now it’s perfect. I'll return to Bison for my next suit.
I love the Bison suit. I've tried a few other suits and never found anything that comes close to the comfort of the Bison suit. It also appears very well made and I have no doubt will provide all the protection I need.
