Our Thor.1 custom race suit is built specifically for you, from measurements to design and colors. Thor.1 suits are available in one- or two-piece configurations and feature a slew of pro-level ergonomic and safety features standard including:
- 1.2-1.3mm cowhide OR 1.1-1.2mm kangaroo hide in a wide variety of colors with printed patterns available.
- Up to (6) six logos or patches at no additional charge.
- Perforation options ranging from none to “all non-impact areas”.
- Accordion flex panels in seven areas enhance mobility with zero safety compromises.
- Top-quality Kevlar fabric in all stretch zones including behind leather accordion panels.
- Stingray skin sliders in four impact areas (forearms and outer buttocks) add another layer of protection for your skin and the suit itself.
- CE Level 2 protection in all impact points throughout the suit except hips, which are Level 1. (Certified EN 1621-1).
- Soft Kevlar featured on cuffs and back of neck for added mobility and comfort.
- Genuine metal YKK zippers (5 external).
- Removable 3D mesh inner liner for better comfort and ventilation.

For Custom Built Orders the design process can be completed in as quickly as 24 hours, however it isn’t unusual for us to spend time with the customer tweaking and modifying designs. This means the design time varies greatly from customer to customer. Our average design time is about two weeks but again - this is dependent on how intricate the design is and how quickly you make the decision to finalize the design. Once said design is approved and we have measurements, completed suit and/or gloves are typically in your hands in under 60 days!

Awesome suit, fit is perfect and feels great. Working with the designer to bring my vision to life was very good. Measurements were easy and they have a step by step video on YouTube. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. Basically as long as your expectations are to get a suit that is custom made to fit you the way a track suit is designed for safety with custom looks and design this is the company to work with. I would highly recommend them. I have not seen an off the shelf suit with the same amount of protection as what bison is producing. Extremely happy with my purchase!
Wow. Just wow. A great experience and I have never had a suit for me this well. They were always long in the legs and or the arms. Bison suits are amazing. I struggle many times to find a suit that would fit me. I’m 5’9 and a very stocky build. I’ve wasted money trying to make other suits work, when I should have bought a bison suit first. The whole company was great to work with. Thank you Bison.
That suit feel amazing it still in it break in stage but once I’m on the bike everything falls right into place, my riding has become super comfortable

So this is only my second suit with bison, but after completely wearing out my first gen suit after about five years of hard use and some eight plus crashes on it, i can report that this new suit already fits better than the last though i haven't even broken it in. i have better flexibility, its lighter, and the features are sleeker. 10/10.
