Partner exclusively representing the Bison brand will be paid $200 per event with a visual trackside setup. To be eligible for the $200 per event fee, the Partner must: (1) request the event with Bison at least one week in advance by adding it to the Trackside Schedule and (2) make a social media post of their trackside setup tagging Bison during the event, and (3) because this will be promoted and presented as a retail space with goods for sale, your booth must be staffed by at least one qualified person at all times. This qualified person could be a friend or family member who is familiar with the products and wearing Bison-branded apparel.

Partners may purchase stock items at discounted wholesale rates. Minimum opening order required:

• Tier 1 – $5,000
• Tier 2 – $2,500
• Tier 3 – $1,000

A POS credit is applied to the Partner’s bisontrack.com account:

• Tier 1 – $3,000
• Tier 2 – $2,000
• Tier 3 – $1,000

Approximate partner margin by tier:

• Tier 1 – 35%
• Tier 2 – 30–33%
• Tier 3 – 25%

Partners must follow MSRP/MAP (90% of MSRP) and maintain annual sales equal to their opening order amount to keep their tier. Wholesale reorders allowed anytime; orders over $1,000 ship free. Quarterly Partner Meeting attendance (1 minimum) required. Opening orders prepaid; reorders eligible for Net 30 in good standing. POS materials remain Bison property.

Annual rebates: 2.5% credit or 2% cash for Partners in good standing.

Partner Purchase Program: 40% off retail for Partner + W2 employees (personal use only).

MAP Policy: No advertising below 90% of MSRP unless approved.

Partner must complete Bison’s Authorized Measurement Partner Certification Process. Once the Partner becomes an AMP, Bison will pay the Partner a measurement fee of $50 for each suit and the referral commissions of 10% on net sales.
