2025 Season Note: Due to high consumer demand Helite is working hard to keep up with production on vests and refill canisters. Because of this, when you order your Helite product, we cannot guarantee that the vests or canisters will be in stock at our HQ. In regards to vests specifically, in most cases we receive vest orders from Helite within the 60 day window it takes to get your Bison suit produced, so this should not affect you. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will do our best to keep you abreast of timelines and updates from the manufacturer. This replacement cartridge is intended for use with the INTEGRATED E-VEST. Please do not order this cartridge if you are using another model such as the GP Air, as it will not work.
Every AirHide-integrated Helite E-Vest comes with a canister pre-installed. Get extras right here! After a deployment, your airbag will automatically deflate and be ready to be re-armed with the installation of a new E-C02 canister.
Can I bring my HELITE product on the plane?
Yes legally, you can take your airbag with CO2 cartridge on a plane in a checked bag. The CO2 cartridge is considered non-flammable dangerous goods. Airlines can confiscate your cartridge for no reason. To increase the chances that your cartridges arrive safely we advise you to download and print the form for traveling with dangerous goods and leave them near the cartridges and the airbag.
We also advise you to leave the cartridge screwed into the airbag and keep additional cartridges close to the vest to help the authorities to understand what they will be used for.

For this reason, we ask that you consider this when designing your suit and gloves. Your Gear Customization Specialist will assist you in this area. We may utilize cowhide in printed areas or cut/stitch patterns and designs when possible. Please contact us for specific information and questions regarding kangaroo printing.

For Custom Built Orders the design process can be completed in as quickly as 24 hours, however it isn’t unusual for us to spend time with the customer tweaking and modifying designs. This means the design time varies greatly from customer to customer. Our average design time is about two weeks but again - this is dependent on how intricate the design is and how quickly you make the decision to finalize the design. Once said design is approved and we have measurements, completed suit and/or gloves are typically in your hands in under 60 days!
Orders with only Ready to wear Items will generally be shipped within two business days. See specific product descriptions for expectations on custom items.For more details, click here
