How did you get into motorcycles?: I was fortunate enough to spend 2 years living in Tokyo, and although I had been a car guy for most of my life, it didn't take long before the Japanese motorcycle culture caught my attention. I started spending all of my free time either working on bikes at a local race shop or chasing lap times on the legendary Tsukuba Circuit. It was during that time when I realized there's something special about motorcycles, and from that moment on it's been a 24/7 obsession. An obsession that has followed me to Europe and has compelled me to ride and race along side those who share my passion and love for these amazing machines.

Why do you ride?: 2 Reasons
1) I enjoy the challenge of competition of becoming the best rider I can be. Every time I throw my leg over the bike and head out for a race, my skills improve and confidence grows stronger. It won't be long before I experience the joy of victory.

2) The people! My love of motorcycle has granted me the opportunity to meet some truly amazing people. Whether track riders and racers or those who just love to head out on the open road, sharing this passions with others, is what makes it so enjoyable.

How do you prepare to go on the track? I try to relax, stay loose and avoid going on track anxious or distracted. Staying focused is crucial to success on the track. On race days I never seem to have much of an appetite so I eat less than usual but always try to stay hydrated. Cramping up during a race can be dangerous.

Goals for 2021: Competition is stiff here in Europe, every point counts when in a Championship. My goals are to complete every race in the points and finish the season in the top 5. A few podiums here and there would be nice too :)

Why do you choose Bison Track? I've had enough of off-the-rack race suits not fitting properly and figured it was time for a custom suit. A fellow racer was using Bison products so I was able to observe the high quality materials Bison uses and the precise fitment I was lacking with my other suits. And after seeing how well they held up in a crash, I knew I just had to have one.
