Morgan Tinch, Gear Customization Specialist

In Morgan, we have a team member who was a customer first - yet she enjoyed the purchase and design experience so much that she wanted to do it as a job!

"[When] I designed my first Bison suit for myself, I knew that designing suits for others would be an awesome gig. Working for Bison isn't my full time job, but it IS the job that fulfills my soul," she says. How exactly does a job fulfill one's soul? Morgan explains: "I love that I can help people bring their vision to life, or equally show them that the sky is really the limit when it comes to wearing your Bisonality on your sleeve. It's allowed me to have a creative outlet, and simultaneously puts me in the perfect place to meet people who are as passionate and in love with this sport as I am."

What more can we say? Morgan is truly passionate about our sport and the community while also being a supremely talented graphic designer. She understands what makes a motorcycle garment look good and stand out on the street or track, speaking to the wearer's personality without looking gaudy. That's what Bisonality is all about.
