Morgyn Herren, Operations Specialist

Bison Operations Specialist, Morgyn Herren, is a critical part of almost everything that goes on behind the scenes in our company. She has spent a lot of time at the track thanks to her dad's moto racing in her younger years and her husband Sean Thomas racing currently! 

When we asked her about her biggest aspiration, she told us, "My biggest aspiration is to become a project manager. I have always liked the idea of getting to see my ideas and plans be built literally from the ground up." It should come as no surprise then, that Morgyn loves getting her hands dirty on any project we turn her loose on - as well as some we don't ask her to do! 

She doesn't take all the credit when she accomplishes something though, as she is quick to point out her fellow team members' contributions and says she's felt the love mutually since she first came aboard in late 2022. "When I first started I felt very welcomed and appreciated from the very start, which hasn't always been the case for me in my previous roles," she said. "I also really enjoy the amount of communication and transparency between the entire team."

A fun side note (and a little bit of proof that Morgyn knows moto racing), we asked her which motorcycle she would be closest related to and this was her reply: 

"If I could be any motorcycle I would be a Honda RC213V. Growing up my parents always told me that I was stubborn and stuck in my ways. I knew what I had wanted and it was hard for them to get me to do anything other than that. The RC213V is much like that as it designed for Marc's riding style. Anyone other than Marc has a hard time riding it and mostly ends up sliding across the pavement when it isn't given what it wants. Much like I was, it is stubborn, hard headed, and hard to figure out."
