Every revolution starts with a rebel. The Maverick Colorway is built for the rider who leads the pack by doing things their own way. Each piece — from suits to gloves, jackets to boots — is engineered with forward-thinking innovation and wrapped in sleek, contemporary design. We then integrated a flash of natural hide, as a raw nod to where motorcycle comfort and safety began.
Designed by New York fashion designer Ivan Caro, the Maverick Colorway carries a bold, modern edge — balancing clean, aggressive lines with subtle, heritage-driven textures. The contrast between advanced performance materials and natural hide detailing creates a look that’s both progressive and grounded. It’s distinctive without trying too hard, built to stand out on the track and hold its own anywhere else.
The Maverick colorway blends advanced materials and safety tech with the look and feel of natural leather — because looking forward doesn’t mean forgetting where you came from.
As with all Bison colorway releases, Maverick pieces will be produced in limited quantities. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. This isn’t just gear — it’s a statement. Ride different. Lead from the front.

- 1.2-1.3mm cowhide.
- Accordion flex panels in seven areas enhance mobility with zero safety compromises.
- Top-quality Kevlar fabric in all stretch zones including behind leather accordion panels.
- Stingray skin sliders in four impact areas (forearms and outer buttocks) add another layer of protection for your skin and the suit itself.
- CE Level 2 protection in all impact points throughout the suit except hips, which are Level 1. (Certified EN 1621-1).
- Soft neoprene featured on cuffs and back of neck for added mobility and comfort.
- Genuine metal YKK zippers (5 external).
- Removable 3D mesh inner liner for better comfort and ventilation.
- Bison Tracktion rubber inner knee grips.
- Impact and slide areas feature multiple layers of animal hide.
- Impact and slide areas feature reinforced double- and triple-stitched seams.
- Rubberized branding elements on collar and zipper bridge.
- Bison-branded knee and shoulder caps.
- Nylon elbow sliders with replaceable pucks.
- Matching knee pucks included.

It is important to keep in mind that direct print on kangaroo hide is not as durable (long-lasting) as print on cowhide. For this reason, we ask that you consider this when designing your suit and gloves. Your Gear Customization Specialist will assist you in this area. We may utilize cowhide in printed areas or cut/stitch patterns and designs when possible. Please contact us for specific information and questions regarding kangaroo printing.

For Custom Built Orders the design process can be completed in as quickly as 24 hours, however it isn’t unusual for us to spend time with the customer tweaking and modifying designs. This means the design time varies greatly from customer to customer. Our average design time is about two weeks but again - this is dependent on how intricate the design is and how quickly you make the decision to finalize the design. Once said design is approved and we have measurements, completed suit and/or gloves are typically in your hands in under 60 days!
Orders with only Ready to wear Items will generally be shipped within two business days. See specific product descriptions for expectations on custom items.For more details, click here
