The Bison Thor.2 motorcycle racing suit is built specifically for you, from measurements to design and will accommodate popular air vests today. Thor.2 motorcycle racing suits are available as a fully featured one-piece pro-level race suit or street-centric 2-piece suit and feature a slew of ergonomic and safety features.

2025 Season Note: Due to high consumer demand Helite is working hard to keep up with production on vests and refill canisters. Because of this, when you order your Helite product, we cannot guarantee that the vests or canisters will be in stock at our HQ. In regards to vests specifically, in most cases we receive vest orders from Helite within the 60 day window it takes to get your Bison suit produced, so this should not affect you. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will do our best to keep you abreast of timelines and updates from the manufacturer. For this reason, we ask that you consider this when designing your suit and gloves. Your Gear Customization Specialist will assist you in this area. For Custom Built Orders the design process can be completed in as quickly as 24 hours, however it isn’t unusual for us to spend time with the customer tweaking and modifying designs. This means the design time varies greatly from customer to customer. Our average design time is about two weeks but again - this is dependent on how intricate the design is and how quickly you make the decision to finalize the design. Once said design is approved and we have measurements, completed suit and/or gloves are typically in your hands in under 60 days!

Finally had my first track weekend of the season and first real ride in the custom Thor.2. The suit moves and breathes as great as it looks!
Great design and perfect fit. Tight in all the right places and a nice looking suit.
Suit was definitely stretch to fit,followed Bison instructions to break in suit. Last weekend at Roebling Road was first time on track with new suit, comfortable, amazing fit, HUGE improvement over my off the rack suit. Airbag came integrated with suit, way easier on and off. I ordered matching boots and gloves(great fit, love ‘em). And it looks great! Couldn’t be happier, thank you to everyone at Bison
I’m not a big take my time to write reviews kinda guy, unless something is exceptional (either bad or good). Even exceptionally bad I usually just write it off and move on.
Let me tell you, I am always skeptical. I have always heard horror stories about leathers that don’t fit, don’t perform, never right or good even with alterations. I had previously seen and heard of Bison (good things) but seeing is believing. From the second I opened my box the morning of raceday (yes I cut it that close!) I was a little unsure/nervous. Would they fit? Would they feel ok? I laid them out and inspected them, everything was on point. Got my base layer on and pulled them on. And boy howdy. They fit PERFECTLY. And for being brand new leathers were quite comfortable right out of the box.
I paired my leathers with a helite air vest and was impressed with how easy it is to use, charge, and change out canisters. 10/10 satisfied customer. I had a truly great experience with design, measurement, and customer service.
This is my first time getting a suit fitted to me and i have to say from start to finish i was very pleased with the process. I met Carter at the track and got my measurements done and then the design took off wirh Rainey pogue. I had gloves made and boots as well. Once i got the suit There were a few places i needed to messure again, cause the fit was a little off. Sent the suit back in and it was a simple process. I just got it back and i am in the breaking in faze. Gonna be perfect fit. The quality is so nice and the extra protection in hips and shoulders is nice. I have the helite air vest installed in mine as well. Will leave another review once i hit the track. Thanks Bison for a great product and great costumer service.
