The Bison Thor.2 motorcycle racing suit is built specifically for you, from measurements to design and will accommodate popular air vests today. Thor.2 motorcycle racing suits are available as a fully featured one-piece pro-level race suit or street-centric 2-piece suit and feature a slew of ergonomic and safety features.

Available AirHide "Powered by Helite" option includes a factory-integrated Helite e-vest, allowing you to ride with air vest protection as soon as you receive your suit! Please read the full product description of the Helite Integrated Electronic Vest here >.

Note: Due to high consumer demand Helite is working hard to keep up with production on vests and refill canisters. Because of this, when you order your Helite product, we cannot guarantee that the vests or canisters will be in stock at our HQ. In regards to vests specifically, in most cases we receive vest orders from Helite within the 60 day window it takes to get your Bison suit produced, so this should not affect you. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will do our best to keep you abreast of timelines and updates from the manufacturer.   • 1.2-1.3mm cowhide OR 1.1-1.2mm kangaroo hide in a wide variety of colors with printed patterns available.

  • Up to (6) six logos or patches at no additional charge.

  • Perforation options ranging from none to “all non-impact areas”.

  • Accordion flex panels in seven areas enhance mobility with zero safety compromises.

  • Top-quality Kevlar fabric in all stretch zones including behind leather accordion panels.

  • Stingray skin sliders in four impact areas (forearms and outer buttocks) add another layer of protection for your skin and the suit itself.

  • CE Level 2 protection in all impact points throughout the suit except hips, which are Level 1. (Certified EN 1621-1).

  • Soft neoprene featured on cuffs and back of neck for added mobility and comfort (optional leg cuffs for Dainese Axial and other over-the-boot styles).

  • Genuine metal YKK zippers (5 external).

  • Removable 3D mesh inner liner for better comfort and ventilation.

  • Bison Tracktion rubber inner knee grips.

  • Impact and slide areas feature multiple layers of animal hide.

Selecting the AirHide air vest prepared suit without vest means your suit will have the capability of accepting your choice of the most popular air vests on the market today. *IMPORTANT: While Bison AirHide is compatible with multiple air vests, only the Helite Integrated E-Vest is approved by the manufacturer for use in Bison suits. In addition, the wearer is responsible for procuring the air vest and any related components needed for use with the product (namely, LED lights for the Alpinestars Tech Air Race vest). It is important to keep in mind that direct print on kangaroo hide is not as durable (long-lasting) as print on cowhide. For this reason, we ask that you consider this when designing your suit and gloves. Your Gear Customization Specialist will assist you in this area. We may utilize cowhide in printed areas or cut/stitch patterns and designs when possible. Please contact us for specific information and questions regarding kangaroo printing.

For Custom Built Orders the design process can be completed in as quickly as 24 hours, however it isn’t unusual for us to spend time with the customer tweaking and modifying designs. This means the design time varies greatly from customer to customer. Our average design time is about two weeks but again - this is dependent on how intricate the design is and how quickly you make the decision to finalize the design. Once said design is approved and we have measurements, completed suit and/or gloves are typically in your hands in under 60 days!

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Just the thing I needed

The 2 piece women’s under-suit is perfect for what I need it for. It’s comfortable and the best priced for a dry suit in the motorcycle market. I purchased a size small and it fits perfectly for my height, 5’1”. Definitely moisture wicking. Wore it for the first time in 104 degree weather and it kept me cool for the most part. Will most likely only purchase from here for dry suits in the future.

The gloves are great! They feel premium. After the 4th or 5th ride they felt properly broke in. The only things id like to see is touch screen compatibility in the finger tips, and ring-pinky finger stitched together, but thats my fault for not specifying the latter. All around good gloves, and happy to give my money to an American company. The Japanese and Italians get enough of my money. All around happy with the gloves. Would recommend.

Suit was definitely stretch to fit,followed Bison instructions to break in suit. Last weekend at Roebling Road was first time on track with new suit, comfortable, amazing fit, HUGE improvement over my off the rack suit. Airbag came integrated with suit, way easier on and off. Every Bison suit is custom-built, so lead times begin once your design and measurements are finalized and approved. Our goal is to deliver every suit within 60 days of final approval. Timelines can vary based on production volume and international shipping or customs processing. We’ll keep you informed throughout the build and delivery process so you always know where your suit stands. If you’re working toward a specific event or race date, let us know when you order.

If your measurements change before your Virtual Fit Session™ or before final approval, we can update your measurements as part of the normal fit process. If your measurements change after final approval, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to adjust your build before production begins. Once production is underway, changes may require additional fees or a new build, depending on the scope of the change. If you anticipate a significant change in weight or body composition, we recommend waiting to finalize your measurements until you’re closer to your intended riding season or event.

Yes. Many riders choose to include personal logos, sponsor marks, or design elements as part of their custom suit. You’ll have the opportunity to submit artwork during the design phase, and our team will review it to ensure it meets production requirements. All submitted logos must be provided in an approved file format and must comply with our placement, sizing, and branding guidelines. In some cases, artwork may need to be adjusted to ensure proper fit, durability, and overall design integrity. If you’re working with sponsors or have specific branding requirements, we recommend letting us know early in the process so we can plan accordingly.

Yes. We ship Bison suits internationally. International orders may be subject to additional shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timelines for international orders can vary due to shipping transit times and customs processing. We’ll provide tracking information once your suit ships, but final delivery timing may depend on your local customs authority. If you have questions about shipping to your country, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.

If your suit is damaged in a crash, contact us as soon as possible and share photos of the damage. Our team will review the suit to determine whether it may be repairable. Crash damage is not covered under our Fitment Guarantee. If repairs are possible, we’ll refer you to an Authorized Alterations Partner to evaluate the damage and discuss repair options. If the suit cannot be repaired, we can assist you with ordering a replacement.

That’s no problem. The AirHide™ System is designed to accommodate multiple leading air vest systems. During your Virtual Fit Session™, we’ll account for the air vest you plan to use so your suit is built to support proper expansion and movement. If you already own an air vest, let us know when you order and have it available during your fit session. This allows our team to factor it into your measurements and build process.
